Can I cancel or amend my order?Updated 2 days ago
We are generally unable to cancel or amend an order after it’s been placed, as they are sent to our fulfilment center for processing within minutes of being placed. However, if you notice immediately upon placing an order that you made a mistake you can use our Contact Form to request an amendment. Our team will do our best to process any cancellations but this cannot be guaranteed.
Should an incorrect order be placed by mistake and you don't want the items you can go through the returns process to send your order back to us for a full refund. If you have entered an incorrect address on your order please inform our Customer Care team as soon as possible so we can route the parcel back to sender. Please note that addresses cannot be altered once they are in the carrier network.
