Can I change my order?Updated 2 months ago

Because orders are sent for processing within minutes of being placed, we are unable to make any changes once you’ve hit the ‘order now' button, this includes the following:

1. Item, colour or size
2. Delivery/billing address
3. Adding or removing items
4. Shipping method

Please make sure you are entering the correct delivery details at checkout. If an incorrect address is input at checkout, we cannot be held liable for the misplacement of this parcel and we will not be able to refund or replace the order.
