Click & Collect

 

We offer a Next Day or Standard Click & Collect service via Evri Parcelshop and Locker network. This service is available for our UK mainland customers only. (Postcode exclusions apply)

 

What is Parcelshop Click & Collect?

 

Our Click & Collect service allows you to have your order delivered to a local parcelshop partner (This could be a post office, shop or locker). You will receive an email once your chosen location has received your order and is ready for collect. Please note your location's opening hours.

Once you place an order with us we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

 

Order Confirmation -  You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping Confirmation - When your order ships from our fulfilment centre, you'll get another email to confirm this. This email will contain your tracking number for the shipment. Please note: tracking links can take a few hours to become active after your order has shipped.

Carrier Confirmation - You will receive an email from our courier team when your item is collected and again when it's out for delivery. You will then receive another email when your parcel is ready to collect.

 

For standard orders, please allow up to 2 working days from the time of purchase to receive your shipping confirmation before getting in touch with us.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (business days only). Orders placed before 8pm BST will be shipped the same working day when using Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery.

 

Orders placed after 8pm BST or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

 

Standard Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.

 

If you placed your order before the cut-off and haven’t received a shipping confirmation within one working day, please contact our Customer Support team who will be happy to investigate for you.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?

 

Once your order has been placed the packing and dispatch process happens very quickly. If you cancel your order you will need to still collect your order from your chosen drop off and return it back to us using our returns portal. 

 

How do I return my Click & Collect order?

 

If you need to return your order you can so using our returns portalOur normal returns process can be followed to return your parcel. 

 

My Parcelshop doesn’t have my order?

 

Please do not collect your parcel until you have had a confirmation email stating that your parcel is ready to collect. If you have not collected your parcel within 10 days of your parcelshop receiving your order OR within 3 days of your parcel being located to your chosen locker then it will be returned back to us. If you have received the email within the timeframes above and your parcelshop location does not have your parcel please contact our customer service team.

 

Can I change my Parcelshop location after my order has been placed?

 

Once your order has been placed a unique code is generated for your chosen location and cannot be changed.
