How do I ReturnUpdated 25 days ago
To return an item, please go to our returns portal here: Cernucci Returns
Make sure to include your original packing slip in your return, as should we receive an item without a name or packing slip we are unable to identify it and therefore it will not be processed.
We do not currently cover postage for any returns.
Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned without all of the original packaging, your return or exchange will not be processed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products, earrings, swimwear, underwear or solid gold orders as they are either made-to-order or due to hygiene purposes.
If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ll give you a full refund. All we ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within (x) days of placing your order:
UK – (14) days
US & Canada – (28) days
EU – (14) days
We cannot accept responsibility for any items sent back to us outside of this timeframe and cannot guarantee you will receive your items back.
Please Note: Watch returns/refunds will only be accepted if returned with the box, watch tool, extra pins and pillow case all in new condition.
