We are so sorry to hear you've received a faulty or damaged item. We understand that sometimes items can become damaged in transit or encounter manufacturing defects. If you have received a faulty item, we will get this fixed for you ASAP!
Please use the contact form to submit the details of the fault to us, with a clear photo or video.
When submitting please include;
- Your Order Number which begins with a hash #
- The item SKU that was defective
- A clear photo of the item
