We do not currently operate an exchange policy for non-faulty items.

We only accept exchanges for faulty items under the Cernucci Guarantee. In this case, as per our Cernucci Guarantee, we can only replace for the exact same item with no variation on size or colour. Where this item is out of stock, we can offer a store credit voucher as an alternative. 

We do not accept exchanges in cases where the wrong item, size or colour has been ordered.
