I'm missing an item from my order!Updated 2 months ago

We understand mistakes can be made when packing orders, so in the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

1. Photos of the front and back of the packaging it arrived in
2. A clear photo of the postage label (with the barcode and address visible)
3. Photos of the items that you did receive, including images of the attached barcode labels.


Our Customer Support team will then conduct an internal investigation and resolve this for you ASAP.
