Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, we’re unable to refund the original shipping cost, and return shipping charges won’t be reimbursed. Since customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

While most customs clearance takes about 1 working day, additional checks can sometimes cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

To help your order clear customs smoothly, we suggest:

  • Include a valid phone number at checkout so customs can contact you directly if needed. This number will appear on your commercial invoice.

  • Don’t refuse the shipment or ignore carrier requests related to duties or taxes. Most carriers will hold your parcel for around 5 days before returning or discarding it.
