Have you shopped Cernucci with one of our partners like ASOS or Debenhams and would like to return the item? No stress. Simply head to the portal to start your return. 

1. Head to our returns portal. Click here >
2. Enter your partner order number. (Found on your confirmation email and on your despatch note which is inside the parcel)
3. Select the items you would like to return and provide feedback on the reason.
4. Choose if you would like to print your returns label or receive a QR code for your post office to scan. Returns to ASOS are free of charge. 
5. Pack up your items and attach your returns label or have your digital QR code handy.
6. Drop off your parcel at your chosen post office and keep your proof of postage

Please be careful not to return items to us that are from other brands or this will delay your refund.
