Approved: These points will count towards progress to your next tier.

Pending: These points are need to be verified before they can move you to the next tier. This applies to purchases that are still within the returns window

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
