What is the Cernucci Members program?

Cernucci Members is our way or rewarding our loyal customers. You can earn points through purchases which will unlock benefits as you move through the tiers. Points are not 'redeemable' but count toward the tier you are in.

How do I join Cernucci Members?

You can apply to join the members club on this page . Once accepted we will base your tier off your last years spend. You must opt in to the Cernucci mailing list when creating your account to receive your members club discounts.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points will count towards progress to your next tier. Pending: These points are need to be verified before they can move you to the next tier. This applies to purchases that are still within the returns window. Cancelled: These points

How do I view my points balance?

You can view approved and pending points within the Membership tab in your account page and navigate to the Membership tab to view your current points balance

Why did I drop down a tier?

Your tier position will be evaluated after you have been in a tier for 12 months. Whilst in that tier, if you have not spent the entry requirements to remain in that tier after the next evaluation, you will drop down to the tier that matches your pre

What If I want to rejoin?

Our customer help team  will be able to recreate your Cernucci Members account for you. However, any points earned whilst you were not in the program will not be retroactively added to your account.

How do I leave the program?

If you don't want your account anymore, you can reach out to our customer help team https://help.cernucci.com/en-US  who will be able to delete your account for you.
