What if I can't find my parcel?Updated 8 days ago

If you are unable to locate your parcel despite receiving a delivery notification from the carrier please contact our customer service team and request an investigation.

Investigations into missing parcels must be submitted within the timeframes below based on your courier:

  • Evri – within 10 days of your order date
  • FedEx – within 14 days of your order date

We’re here to help and will work to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible.
